Cancellation Policy
By ordering our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Consultation Credit If you order any service package within 24 hours after a paid consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total package cost. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances. However, if a client decides to stop a shilling campaign, we will return the unused portion of the budget, calculated based on the volume not yet delivered. To be eligible, the client must notify us no less than 3 full days before halting the campaign. Meeting cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is allowed based on mutual availability. 3. Responsibility of the Client Before the campaign starts, the client must inform us of any restrictions, taboos, or unacceptable topics, methods, or language. If no such instructions are provided, we reserve the right to use any approach we deem effective. Absence of objection implies consent to all standard methods of shilling. 4. Scope of Work & Performance Focus Our work is KPI-oriented. We prioritize achieving your performance goals (e.g., conversions), not merely fulfilling activity quotas. We use all available tools, strategies, and methods to hit those targets effectively. 5. Reports Campaign performance reports are provided upon request. Report generation may require additional time depending on scope and format. Delivery times are not guaranteed in advance. 6. Campaign Launch & Delays Campaigns begin only after full payment and receipt of all necessary materials, briefs, and confirmations. Delays caused by incomplete information or late communication from the client will affect timelines and are the client’s responsibility. 7. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to platform bans, policy changes, illness, or technical failures. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
